Lubricants
Our food grade lubricants and greases are recommended for a wide variety of applications in food industries, as well as beverage- and pharmaceutical industries. In pharmaceutical, it is mainly used in ointments, baby oils, hair care products, etc. where in the food industry it is used where direct contact between the lubricating, hydraulic or rust proofing oil and food or packaging materials may occur.
Typical machinery where it can be used will include meat packaging machines, sugar refining, food canning, bakeries, etc. For the beverage industry, it will be used in certain pumps or hydraulics. Typical industries include wine farms, soft drink manufacturers, breweries, etc.
PRO FOOD GRADE HYDRAULIC OIL RANGE
Pro Food Grade Oils are white mineral oils specially processed for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry where oils might be in contact with food, drinks, etc. The amount of oil permitted in foods and food packaging materials is usually limited by local regulations. Pro Food Grade Oils are colourless, tasteless and odourless. It also contains a food-grade inhibitor and meets the purity standards and requirements of
international and national authorities. Pro Food Grade Hydraulic Oils are available in VG 10 to VG 1000.
PRO FOOD GRADE INDUSTRIAL GEAR OIL RANGE
Pro Food Grade Oils are white mineral oils specially processed for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry where oils might be in contact with food, drinks, etc. The amount of oil permitted in foods and food packaging materials is usually limited by local regulations. Pro Food Grade Oils are colourless, tasteless and odourless. It also contains a food-grade inhibitor and meets the purity standards and requirements of international and national authorities. Pro Food Grade Hydraulic Oils are available in VG 10 to VG 1000.
PRO FOOD GRADE INDUSTRIAL GEAR OIL RANGE (SYNTHETIC)
Pro Synth Industrial Gear Oils is a polyalphaolefin (PAO) based gear oil that reduces wear and heat buildup. The PAO properties of the gear oil has a high film strength and will absorb high shock loads and demulsify quickly. Pro Synth Industrial Gear Oils have superior shear stability and because of its high VI (Viscosity Index) will replace a wide range of gear oils in the most severe applications. It is also compatible with all mineral oils and most seals and seal materials. Pro Synth Industrial Gear Oils will extend oil change intervals up to ten time more than normal gear oils and can be used on all Industrial Gear boxes of any make and type i.e. Worm, Helical, Spur, Bevel, etc.

PRO FG HEAT TRANSFER OIL 32 (SYNTHETIC)
Pro FG Heat Transfer 32 (Synt) is a food grade heat transfer oil, blended with synthetic hydrocarbons that gives high viscosity index, good chemical stability, natural oxidation resistance at high operating temperatures and have a low pour point that makes it suitable for outdoor a low temperature uses. Pro FG Heat Transfer 32 (Synt) have good pump-ability at start-up as well as high specific heat and thermal
conductability at all temperatures.
PRO FOOD GRADE GREASE EP 2
Pro Food Grade Grease is a high quality food grease with Polymer additives with excellent performance properties. The formulation of this grease is based on non-toxic components, which comply with, FDA section 21 CFR 178.3570 for accidental food contact as well as USDA H1 & H2. The base oil is according to DAB and FDA section 178.3620 A. Pro Food Grade Grease is specially formulated for the food and beverage industry as well as the food packaging industry, where the grease might come into contact with the food or the packaging. There will therefore be no risk regarding Pro Food Grade Grease.
Available in NLGI 000 and NLGI 00.
